Kreuztanz literally means "Cross Dance." The German words refer to a mill wheel spokes going around slowly.
Movement idea:
A (slow) - Students walk slowly in a circle facing to the right, all with left hands in the center of the circle to emulate the spokes of a wheel.
B - Options: (fast)
Face center, clap to the beat
Face center, holding hands, continue walking to the right
Face center, 3 small steps toward center, tap and clap on beat 4; 3 small steps back, tap and clap on beat 4 (repeat)
