Henny Penny

This is a classic story that allows students to play instruments and requires them to listen closely for their part. Each character can be assigned an instrument part - and the instruments can be passed out in groups - so every child gets a part.

When I read the story and say the name of the character, the child(ren) with the corresponding instrument play it once.

Whenever it says “SONG,” the students sing the song below.
